‘House Party’ Podcast: Is Jana Duggar the Next Joanna Gaines? Plus, the Ghost Haunting Simon Cowell’s House

“House Party” is realtor.com’s official podcast about the overlapping worlds of real estate and pop culture, hosted by Natalie Way, Erik Gunther, and Rachel Stults. Click the player above to hear our takes on this week’s hot topics.

From time to time, we hear about celebrities who have had brushes with the paranormal. Now, the latest A-lister to supposedly have an unwelcome spirit in his home is Simon Cowell. The “America’s Got Talent” judge’s London pad is said to be haunted by Antinous, who was Roman Emperor Hadrian’s lover in 128 B.C. And this isn’t even Cowell’s first experience with ghosts! On this episode of “House Party” we look into this report, as well as Cowell’s past paranormal occurrences.

In honor of the “Game of Thrones” premiere, we also highlight the most prominent residential castles in the United States, including a seaside structure in Florida and a picturesque palace in Illinois.

We also weigh in on the “19 Kids and Counting” star who recently oversaw a renovation of her parents’ master suite, the recently listed Las Vegas mansion with a 700-gallon aquarium, and this week’s celebrity winners and losers.

Ready to get into it? Listen on the player above, or find us on Apple Podcasts, Google Play Music, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. And, please, please, please: Throw us a five-star rating if you like what you hear. The more good ratings and reviews we have, the easier it’ll be for people to find us.
