A sprawling 90-acre legacy compound on Washington‘s San Juan Island boasting three luxury homes, guest cottages, sport courts, a putting green, and two pools has just hit the market for a whopping $48 million, making it soar to the top of the week’s most expensive home listings.

Known as Halftide Farms, the waterfront estate in Friday Harbor, WA, originally debuted on the market in 2023 for a staggering $78 million—only to return now with nearly 40% off its original asking price.

The enormous property with 650 feet of beachfront and two registered buoys is said to be owned by the family of the late Barry Ackerley, an advertising and communications entrepreneur who sold his company to Clear Channel Communications in the early 2000s.

Other eye-popping abodes on the list this week include an Upper West Side townhome featured on TV shows, including “Law & Order” and “Madame Secretary”; a 724-acre vineyard property in Paso Robles, CA, with a unique development opportunity; and the 5.36-acre Bel-Air mansion that late film producer Harold Gaba once called home.
