Lakefront Palm Beach Spec Mansion Splashes Back Onto the Market for $69.5 Million

A recently built spec mansion in Palm Beach, FL, has just hit the market for $69.5 million, sending it to the top of the week’s most expensive homes list.

The art deco-style estate is said to be owned by luxury homebuilder Carl Sabatello of Sabatello Cos., who purchased the property in April 2021 for $17,750,000.

Found throughout the 7,016-square-foot opulent interior are a spacious living room with fireplace, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with marble floors, and a luxurious dining room that opens up to a covered patio overlooking the swimming pool.

The half-acre lot surrounded by courtyards and fountains also has a concrete dock for deep-water yachts. There is also a two-car garage and motor court.

Other jaw-dropping estates to make this week’s most expensive list include a Nevada estate with glass funiculars leading to Lake Tahoe, a neo-federal brick mansion in Manhattan, and an Arizona compound to be finalized in 2028.
