Beleaguered former WeWork CEO Adam Neumann is back—and unveiling his first condo development in downtown Miami, focusing on wellness and community.
In the past two years, since being forced out of the co-working space company he founded and landing a nearly $1 billion exit package, Neumann launched a series of branded apartment complexes in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and even Saudi Arabia, under his real estate umbrella, Flow. The company earlier this year offered to buy WeWork for $650 million.
Flow House, a luxury condo complex located at 697 North Miami Avenue, will offer 466 upscale units for sale.
This newly constructed, 40-story building is scheduled to open in 2025.
Near Flow House at Miami Worldcenter, Flow reportedly intends to add 28,000 square feet of retail space to the promenade, in addition to the 9,000 square feet that has already been completed.
Pricing and condo features
Studios will start at $450,000, and one-bedrooms will start at $600,000. OneWorld Properties will lead the sales efforts.
Every residence in Flow House will boast expansive floor-to-ceiling windows—some with private balconies—along with luxurious bathroom finishes, in-unit washers and dryers, and custom lighting packages.
Buyers can also choose to upgrade to gourmet kitchens.
Exclusive amenities
In this work-from-home era, community and connection are becoming increasingly important to condo buyers.
“We learned while building Flow over the last two years that the exact same needs faced by renters are also faced by owners in terms of lack of community and lack of connectivity,” Flow House co-founder Neumann says in a press release.
Flow House’s offerings and amenities will include:
- Exclusive Workflow co-working spaces, private offices, and a podcast room
- 24/7 concierge, security, and package services
- Resort-style pool and poolside restaurant
- Fitness center with new Technogym and Rogue equipment
- Pilates/yoga studio and meditation space
- Spa with sauna, cold plunge, and steam rooms
- Onsite restaurant, bar, and coffee lounge
- Dog run and play area
- Onsite valet parking
“We are excited to build upon our vision and bring the full Flow experience, which is rooted in community and a sense of belonging, to anyone looking for a better experience from their permanent residence,” says Neumann.
